The Empowered Couple is based on decades of data and research regarding relationship satisfaction. Our team of passionate couples and family therapists draws from extensive training in the Gottman Couples Method and Stan Tatkin’s Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy. We crafted this unique experience with the proven knowledge and our own experiences working alongside couples and seeing what truly works to help them walk away stronger, together. You’ll not only learn, but practice and experience the difference that these strong relationship foundations introduce.
