Our Why

We’ve seen the way the overall mental wellbeing of our community can be supported when the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual health components are nurtured and feeling in balance. That’s why we’re here to help you enter your therapy or coaching experience with intention by gaining clarity about ways to begin improving your emotional resilience and regulation, and building tiny habits that help you care for your body and mind that you can start right away.

What It Is

MT Wellness is a guided experience that exists to give you the dedicated time and support system to care for yourself when we life feels chaotic and to keep us thriving for longer when things are good. Our sessions are handcrafted from the brilliant, passionate minds of our coaches at Modern Therapy to become your toolkit and confidence reminder to recharge, regroup, and find your pause whenever you may need it. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Format

You will start your experience with one of our two focus areas, Intentional Mindset and Mind Body Heath. You will get to work hand-in-hand with both of our coaches individually, knowing they are creating a holistic wellness practice for you every step of the way. The program consists of two sessions in each focus area, for a total of 4 dedicated sessions.

MT Wellness is Here to Help You:
