Dr. Jasmin Wong

Ever heard the saying “The struggle is real??” This thing called life is often messy, a struggle filled with ups, downs, lefts, and rights. Throughout our journeys, it’s easy to start questioning things. You might even feel a bit stuck in patterns that don’t work for you anymore. This can lead to feelings of frustration, confusion, or feeling just plain lost on how to move forward.

As time goes on, these thoughts and feelings start to play in a loop, and we are left thinking “How did I get here” “How do I get out,” and sometimes we find comfort in the “functional dysfunction.” It is in these moments, that I want to be that something different, that something you haven’t quite tried yet. I want to be that wrench thrown in your “stuck cycle”. It is in these small windows of opportunity and willingness that we can find a way out…change. It’s easy to get caught up in our own stories and labels, and eventually, they can feel like our truth. As we work together, I’ll show you how to start putting space between these stories and start taking the steps to become UN-stuck.

I care to cultivate trust and awareness, and I respect the whole lot of willingness it takes between two people to make great therapy. It’s not easy being vulnerable, but the journey, transitions, falls, and successes along the way are what make it worth it. I am extremely passionate about maternal health (all things fertility, miscarriage, perinatal, postpartum depression, identity after baby, transition into parenthood, I’ve got you). I also love working with stress, anxiety, existential depression, acute trauma or stressors, and general challenges that come with facing the human adversity that comes with being alive. I am so committed to you and understanding your experiences. I’m ready to take the leap of faith with you into this incredible work!
