If you’ve ever felt like there’s more going on under the surface, but you can’t quite put your finger on it, I want you to know you’re seen here. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, doing things that you know aren’t really “you”, or feeling off and can’t explain why. Things might look fine from the outside, but inside, it’s messy, overwhelming, or just heavy.

Your story matters, from how you tell it to how it feels in your body, and the stuff that’s hard to name. That’s where we start and what I’m here to help you navigate. Together, we learn ways to get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface with compassion about the common humanity that makes us who we are, instead of the judgment that can happen when we feel that pull to change something.

In our work together, we won’t just seek out a temporary quick fix or solution. We’ll slow down, get present, and tune into what’s really going on so you can start to make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that show up. I’ll be paying attention not just to what you say, but to the stuff between the lines—the quiet, unspoken parts that hold so much meaning in your story. When we learn to master attunement to our inner world, we learn what we need from there. I’ll be there to help you build greater clarity on what really helps.

You can count on me to walk with you as you figure things out with fresh perspectives and a secure space to process whatever may come up, whether that’s anxiety, relationship complexities, big life transitions, or just trying to be a human in a really complicated world.

As someone who has spent time in the arts, education, and philosophy, I love working with people who feel things deeply or see the world a little differently. I’m an LGBTQ+ ally, and I work hard to make sure you feel safe, seen, and supported just as you are.

If you’re feeling the pull to get to know yourself better—or you’re just ready to feel more like you again, I’d be honored to accompany you on that journey.
