You might also have a specific goal in mind, but struggle to find time or permission to put yourself first when everything in life feels like a whirlwind. 

I want you to know that I sincerely see you in this experience, and became a certified coach so you never have to navigate it alone. I’m here welcoming you with open arms to a space to come exactly as you are and trust that you have an advocate in your corner who sees your full potential.

Working together is all about tuning out the “shoulds” of the world that only add pressure so you can feel that clarity of motivation from within. We’ll shift to a lens of self compassion and find that empowering voice that sets boundaries without guilt, creates habits that maintain balance over burnout, and believes you are worthy of anything that you want in this life, reminding you that it’s okay to take care of you.

There’s a common theme that guides my work, reiterated in the various training programs I’ve completed from mindfulness and positive psychology to functional nutrition and women’s health. The gap between where we are and where we want to be often reflects a belief we hold about ourselves to keep us comfortable and safe. There’s freedom in understanding those beliefs and choosing to confidently step into the unknown of what’s possible when we release anything standing in the way of our full potential. 

I’ve been so grateful to find meaning in what I’ve overcome in my life, because it’s helped me connect even more deeply with the stories I get to witness. While I’m always here to find the opportunity in a challenging moment, I also want to be real and acknowledge that many emotions can show up when we’re on the cusp of a breakthrough. Know that you’re held fully, without judgment. Connecting with ourselves fully might mean more beautiful parts are asking to be seen and we make space for every single one of them.

Working with people to find themselves and what helps them live their most fulfilling life has led me to another passion of helping couples do the same. It lights me up to expand my role into a relationship coach, supporting couples in foundational skills of communication, conflict resolution, stress management, and creating a shared vision for the future.
