"Everywhere you go, there you are"

My story.
I’ve always been inspired by people’s resilience and their willingness to try, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. That curiosity about human strength and potential is what first drew me to therapy, and it’s the heartbeat that continues to run through me in this work with every new chapter I enter. I feel the most grounded in community, and I see that deep connection within the therapy space where different stories can be honored, people can feel seen, and courage is discovered.
Growing up and well into my adulthood, I’ve moved quite a few times. It was enough to question where “home” truly is. That uncertainty sometimes left me feeling somewhat unmoored. But what grounded me, time and again, were the meaningful connections I formed along the way. The people I met in each place offered me a sense of belonging that transcended geography. Their presence, support, and the wisdom they shared stayed with me long after we parted ways. From them, I learned that home isn’t always a physical place, but it’s found in the quality of our relationships. As a therapist, I aim to be part of that same kind of anchoring connection for my clients, helping them feel supported, grounded, and empowered to explore their own paths with confidence.
I’m proud to have spent my life living across three continents, and the multicultural perspective that provided me to more deeply understand the world and the people in it. I’m so grateful for the diverse walks of life we all come from, and it’s a blessing to remember how connected we truly are, despite our differences.
I’m inspired by the small and brave steps people take toward self-understanding and wellness. That process (sometimes challenging, sometimes joyful) is endlessly rewarding and fuels my desire to create a space where people feel empowered to explore, heal and grow.
A quote that resonates deeply with me is, “Everywhere you go, there you are.” To me, it’s a reminder that we are our own oldest friends, and that cultivating self-acceptance and self-compassion is an ongoing, intentional practice. This philosophy shapes the way I work with clients: helping them navigate life’s challenges while honoring themselves in the process.
Outside of work, I’m fueled by curiosity, humor, and connection. I love good food, silly jokes, and the laughter that comes from shared moments. I am continually moved and inspired by people’s resilience and willingness to show up for themselves—the very quality I see and celebrate in my clients every day.
My training.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, MA. My clinical work has taken me through diverse settings: private practice, the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, community health centers, and even providing therapy to staff in a college clinic. Across all of these, the common thread has been creating space for people to feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
My commitment.
I’m committed to building an empowering space for clients to explore themselves, embrace their strengths, and create the life they envision. Let’s get you thriving.
